Narendra Kumar brings over 21 years of leadership experience in technology and sustainable ventures. He has successfully established and managed a software development company in the United Kingdom, delivering innovative and reliable IT solutions to a diverse international clientele. Under his direction, the company has built a reputation for technical excellence, operational efficiency, and long-term client partnerships.

Expanding into sustainable industries, Mr. Kumar has spearheaded a modern greenhouse farming initiative in South India, leveraging hydroponic technology to enhance productivity and resource efficiency in agriculture.

He also possesses extensive experience in renewable energy, particularly in waste-to-energy and solar power projects. Through strategic collaborations with highly experienced technical partners in India and abroad, Mr. Kumar continues to drive forward projects that integrate sustainability with commercial performance.

His leadership combines a strong technical foundation, strategic vision, and a commitment to advancing environmentally responsible and innovative business practices across sectors.

Susheela Sendil

Non-Executive Director

Susheela Sendil brings strategic vision, governance expertise, and strong business management skills to Saime Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. With experience spanning healthcare, hi-tech farming, and tourism, she serves as a Non-Executive Director, providing independent oversight and guidance to support long-term growth and innovation.

Having held senior leadership roles across diverse sectors, Susheela is recognized for driving operational excellence, sustainable practices, and stakeholder engagement. Her expertise in business management, coupled with a deep understanding of India’s geography, market dynamics, and regulatory environment, helps ensure the company succeeds while creating lasting impact for communities and industries.

Hakikat Chadda

Corporate Officer

Hakikat Chadda began his professional journey with a degree in Applied Biology in 1984 and later transitioned into the financial services sector. As Principal of Kshipra Wealth, a Partner Practice of St. James’s Place Wealth Management, Hakikat brings a unique combination of scientific insight and financial expertise to his work.

He has extensive experience working with companies in both the UK and India, providing him with a global perspective on financial markets and investment strategies. He specialises in Ethical and Sustainable Investments, with a particular focus on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) funds. Hakikat is deeply committed to helping clients achieve their financial objectives while ensuring that their investment portfolios reflect their values — promoting positive societal and environmental impact.

Shri Sudhir Aggarwal

Project development & EPC Coordination Manager

Shri Sudhir Aggarwal is a visionary business leader, philanthropist, and humanitarian with over 35 years of experience across Agro Food, FMCG, and Renewable Energy sectors. A B.Tech. (Electrical & Electronics) graduate, he is deeply committed to sustainability and clean energy.

Under his leadership, the organization delivers turnkey Solar EPC solutions, including utility-scale and rooftop solar projects, covering site assessment, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and O&M. His initiatives in Solar Power and Waste-to-Energy projects actively contribute to India’s renewable energy mission and carbon reduction.

A seasoned strategist, Mr. Aggarwal drives innovation, efficiency, and environmental responsibility, building renewable energy solutions under the Patanjali brand. Believing that people are an organization’s greatest asset, he fosters a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence, ensuring sustainable success for both the company and its workforce.

Hariprasad Achari

Electrical & Engineering Solar Project Manager

Hariprasad Achari is a seasoned Technocrat with over 10 years of diversified experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, EPC, Strategic Development, and Project Management across the Solar Energy, Appliance, and Energy industries.

With a strong technical foundation and proven leadership, he has successfully executed Solar EPC projects encompassing utility-scale, commercial, and industrial installations. His expertise includes system design and engineering, site evaluation, module layout optimization, BOS (Balance of System) design, power evacuation planning, and end-to-end project execution in compliance with national and international standards.

He has contributed to several landmark projects with organizations such as M/S PESEPL, Cirus Solar, and Solar Semiconductor, overseeing the delivery of grid-connected and off-grid solar PV systems ranging from kW to multi-MW capacities. His technical proficiency extends to PV system simulation (PVsyst, Helioscope), electrical design (AutoCAD, ETAP), project scheduling (MS Project, Primavera), and quality and safety management under IEC and MNRE guidelines.

Holding a Master’s degree in Microelectronics from BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus, India, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, he blends technical acumen with strategic vision to drive innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence across all projects.

Sagar S K

Solar Electrical Manager

Sagar S. K. is a seasoned techno-commercial professional with over 15 years of experience in business development and project execution across the Oil, Steel, and Renewable Energy (Wind & Solar) sectors.

He has successfully led large-scale Solar EPC projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle — from site assessment, design optimization, and engineering, to procurement, construction, commissioning, and performance monitoring.

His expertise includes utility-scale and rooftop solar installations, hybrid (solar + wind) system integration, grid connectivity and power evacuation, PPA negotiations, and liaison with regulatory authorities. He has played a pivotal role in securing and delivering high-value projects through techno-commercial feasibility analysis, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination.

Throughout his career, he has contributed to leading organizations such as Nordex Group, Enrich Energy, Suzlon Energy, Inox Wind, and the Essar Group, driving business growth through strategic partnerships and technical innovation.

He holds an MBA in Marketing from IMI Belgium and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communications, combining a strong engineering foundation with commercial acumen to deliver bankable, high-efficiency renewable energy solutions.
